Ingredients used in Bandhakobi Kophta Curry
• Cabbage - 1/2 numbers.
• Gram flour - 1 cup.
• Onion - 2 numbers.
• Long ginger - 2 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - to taste.
• Tomato - 1 numbers.
• Garammasala - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 8 numbers.
• Baking powder - pinch.
• Salt & turmeric powder - to taste.
Method:
  • Chop the cabbage into fine small pieces. Wash it and drench out the water.
  • Chop one tomato, onion and the chillies.
  • Add the cabbage, baking powder, gram flour, salt and onion and chillies. Mix it with hand to make a dough. Do not put water.
  • Grind the other onion with the ginger.
  • Make small balls out of the dough and fry it in oil.
  • Heat a pan and put oil. Add the tomato pieces and spices and fry it till the spice is cooked.
  • Add 3cups of water. When the water comes to a boil add the garam masala.
  • After 5 minutes put the balls and take it out.
