Ingredients used in Banana Stems Fry
• Banana stem - 1 number.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Rice flour - 1/2 cup.
• Cumin powder - 1 as required.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Desiccated coconut powder - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Slice the banana stem into slightly thin roundels and keep aside.
  • Now take curd on a plate, add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, desiccated coconut powder, rice flour and mixwell to prepare a nice paste.
  • Apply the prepared paste to the sliced banana stem and shallow fry on both the sides in hot oil.

Hot and delicious Banana Stems Fry is now ready to serve.
