Ingredients used in BAINGAN PIZZA AUBERGINE PIZZA
• Oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Eggplant(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Mixed herb - 1 pinch.
• Bell pepper(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Pizza dough - 1 cup.
• Tahini paste - 1/2 cup.
• Mozzarella cheese(grated) - 1/4 cup.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add onion, garlic, eggplant, mixed herb and saute it. Add bell pepper, tomato and saute it, cook and keep aside. Take a yeast mixed fermented pizza dough and divide into 4 portions. Roll into an oval shape and spread homemade tahini paste. On it spread eggplant mixture and top it with mozzarella cheese. Proof it for 25 minutes and bake it 240 degrees until it is done. Remove and cut into pieces and transfer to a serving plate. Now baingan pizza aubergine pizza is ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
