Ingredients used in Baby corn 65
• Baya corns - 200 grams.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Garlic - 3 clove.
• Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Rice flour - 1 teaspoons.
• All purpose flour - 1 teaspoons.
• Curd - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Take a blender add coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chilies, ginger, garlic, make a coarse paste.
  • Take a bowl add prepared coarse paste, add salt, garam masala powder, chilly powder, rice flour, all purpose flour, curd, mix it well.
  • Add the baby corns (cut them into halfs), coat the masala into the baby corns, and deep fry them.
  • Transfer into the plate and enjoy the baby corn 65.
