Ingredients used in Baby corn 65
• Baya corns - 200 grams.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Garlic - 3 clove.
• Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Rice flour - 1 teaspoons.
• All purpose flour - 1 teaspoons.
• Curd - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
Take a blender add coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chilies, ginger, garlic, make a coarse paste. Take a bowl add prepared coarse paste, add salt, garam masala powder, chilly powder, rice flour, all purpose flour, curd, mix it well. Add the baby corns (cut them into halfs), coat the masala into the baby corns, and deep fry them. Transfer into the plate and enjoy the baby corn 65.
