Ingredients used in Apple Ragi Malt
• Cashew nuts - 5 numbers.
• Almonds - 6 numbers.
• Ragi millet flour - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Apple - 1 number.
• Fennel seeds powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cinnamon powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Milk - 1 cup.
Method:
  • In a bowl add ragi flour, water and mix it well.
  • Dry Roast the Cashew nuts, almonds, ragi mixture, sugar, chopped apple, fennel seeds powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder and cook it well.
  • Later transfer in to a bowl and add milk and mix it well.

Serve it.
