- Stir jello in 2 cups of boiling water and let it cool a little bit.
- In a bowl, mix 1 cup of gelatin, 1/2 cup of water, apple chunks and nuts.
- Refrigerate until it is hard enough. In a blender, add 1 cup of gelatin, cream cheese, evaporated milk and blend by adding pineapple chunks.
- Mix this with the previously refrigerated mixture.
- Again, refrigerate this until it is hard.
