Rice Boorelu - Annam Tho Boorelu

Ingredients used in Rice Boorelu - Annam Tho Boorelu
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
• Cashew nuts - 6 number.
• Fresh coconut (grated) - 1 cup.
• Jaggery - 1 cup.
• Rice(cooked) - 2 cups.
• Salt - pinch.
• Ginger powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Fennel powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Roasted chana powder - 1/2 cup.
• Dosa batter - 2 cups.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take ghee in a pan,when it melts, add cashew nuts, freshly grated coconut, jaggery, sautewell.
  • Now add cooked rice, a pinch salt, when jaggery melts, add ginger powder, fennel powder, roasted chana powder, cook well and transfer to a plate.
  • Take small portions of the prepared sweet mixture,sip in dosa batter and deep fry in hot oil.

Delicious Rice Boorelu are now ready to serve.
