Ingredients used in ALOO POHA CHUDUVA chivda
• Cashew nuts - 10 no.
• Almonds - 10 no.
• Chironji - 10 no.
• Raisins - 10 no.
• Curry leaves - 10 springs.
• Sev - half cup.
• Aloo bhujia - half cup.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Chat masala - half tea spoon.
• Red chilli flakes - half tea spoon.
• Dry mint leaves - half tea spoon.
• Flattened rice (deep fried) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
Method:

1. cashew nuts, almonds, chironji, raisins, curry leaves fry them in a hot oil and transfer this into a bowl. 2. In this add sev, aloo bhujia, sugar, salt, chaat masala, red chilly flakes, dry mint leaves and add fried pressed rice and mix it well.
