- Chop the onions, green chilies, coriander leaves finely and mix it in a bowl.
- Now add sugar, salt, mix it thoroughly leave for a minute then add the rice flour mix it.
- Add extra water if required, mix it to the chapathi dough consistency, it should not be sticky.
- Now on a butter sheet or a plastic sheet, apply little oil and spread the dough in round shape like chapathi with hands itself.
- At last fry this like chapathis with little oil on both sides.
Serve hot with any chutney
