Sweet Sour Spicy Pineapple Chutney

Ingredients used in Sweet Sour Spicy Pineapple Chutney
• Ginger chopped - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chilly flakes - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Bay leaves - 2 numbers.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 3 tablespoons.
• Pine apple - 1 cup.
• Raisins - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin powder (optional) - 1 pinch.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, bay leaves, red chilly flakes, chopped ginger, add pineapple, raisins, sugar, water, salt, cumin powder, cook it for 10-15 minutes.
  • Switch off the flame and serve it.

Too much sugar. No good adding a suger. Instead you can use shaker. Shaker is healthy like a eating jagrey or gurr from punjab. Happy visakhi.?
