Simple Onion Gravy

Ingredients used in Simple Onion Gravy
• Onion (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Whole garam masalas (each) - 3 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - pinch.
• Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Water - as required.
• Methi leaves - 1 cup.
• Curd - 1/2 cup.
• Lemon - 1 number.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Black cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a pan add oil, whole garammasala, onions chopped mix well add salt fry until onions are golden brown color.
  • Now remove the excess oil, then add turmeric, ginger garlic paste mix well.
  • Now add coriander powder, red chill powder, green chilies, if required salt, mix well and add water as needed bring it to boil. onion gravy is ready.
  • To this gravy add methi leaves, marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is done then add chopped coriander leaves.

NOTE: To the mariante chicken, add curd, salt and lemon keep aside for 2hours.
