Ingredients used in Ragi dosa
• Urad dal - 1 cup.
• Ragi flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Rice flour - 1/4 cup.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Baking soda - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion (sliced) - 1 number.
• Green chilli (chopped) - 2 number.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - half bunch.
• Tomato (chopped) - 1 number.
• Roasted sesame seeds powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Grated fresh coconut - 1 tablespoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Soak urad dal for 3 - 4 hours and grind into fine paste.
  • In a bowl and ragi four, salt, rice flour, curd, water, baking soda, add required water and mix it like a dosa batter.
  • Now take plate and add sliced onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, tomatos, roasted sesame seeds powder, grated coconut, lime juice and mix it.
  • Take ragi dosa batter and pour one laddle on the tawa and sprinkle little oil and cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Then add the prepared mixture andfold it.

Serve with groundnut chutney or coconut chutney or your favourite chutney.

I think this one better, didn't hear Phillips super something again and again. Advertising is okay but if you say more than five times in one short video. It sounds very annoying?
