Ingredients used in Prawns with Black Beans
• Raw prawns - 2 cups.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Red capsicum (thinly slices) - 1 tablespoon.
• Green capsicum (thinly slices) - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic (finely chopped ) - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger ( finely chopped ) - 1 tea spoon.
• Spring onion (cut into thin strips) - 2 teaspoons.
• Light soy sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Oyster sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Black beans (half-boiled) - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Wash the black beans, and chop it finely.

  • Cut the top of the shell of prawns, devein and wash them.

  • Later transfer the prawns to a pan.
  • Mix all the remaining ingredients except oil.

  • Then pour the mixture over the prawns and top it with few drops of oil.

  • At last, cover and steam cook for 10 minutes.

Serve hot with rice.
