Ingredients used in Prawns with Black Beans
• Raw prawns - 2 cups.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Red capsicum (thinly slices) - 1 tablespoon.
• Green capsicum (thinly slices) - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic (finely chopped ) - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger ( finely chopped ) - 1 tea spoon.
• Spring onion (cut into thin strips) - 2 teaspoons.
• Light soy sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Oyster sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Black beans (half-boiled) - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Wash the black beans, and chop it finely. Cut the top of the shell of prawns, devein and wash them. Later transfer the prawns to a pan. Mix all the remaining ingredients except oil. Then pour the mixture over the prawns and top it with few drops of oil. At last, cover and steam cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
