Ingredients used in Paneer in spicy tomato sauce
• Panner (cubes) - 250 grams.
• Tomatoes - 4 large.
• Garlic - 4 oz.
• Cumin seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Cut four tomatoes and grind it with garlic in the mixer.

  • Roast cumin and coriander seed and grind to a fresh powder.

  • In a heavy bottom pan, heat oil and fry the paneer cubes till lightly brown. Keep the paneer aside and in the same oil put the tomatoes and garlic mixture.

  • When it boils put the paneer and let it be cooked till done.

  • Before taking gravy out of the pan, sprinkle the dry masala.

  • Garnish it with green coriander and serve it with hot chapatis

I read this paneer spicy recipe, ingr & method is very easy but i didnt find any spicy thing like red/greenchili,pepper? let me know wether juz using simple garlic makes any item spicy plz clarify .....if i said anything wrongly...juz i felt to ask s
