Ingredients used in Paneer Egg Rolls
• Water - as needed 0.
• Cornflour - 1/2 cup.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Maida - 1 cup.
• Spring onions - 1 bunch.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - as required.
• Oats - 1 cup.
• Paneer - 1 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  1. Take a bowl add egg, maida, cornflour, salt, water make a thin batter keep aside. Now another bowl add paneer, oats, salt, spring onions chopped, chilli powder, mix well keep aside.
  2. Now take a non-stick pan add little oil and wipe off with tissue paper and pour the egg batter into a thin sheet and just remove immediately from the pan and put on a cornflour dusted surface so that it does not stick to the surface repeat the same.
  3. Now take one sheet stuff the paneer mixture and roll like spring rolls, repeat the same and deep fry the roll in oil till golden colour.

first mix to a thick paste and then add more water you will no more lumps , if needed strain and use
