Ingredients used in French fries and chips
• Potato - 4 number.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Peel the potato cut into even size for french fries.
  • Boil the water and add potatos and half cook it.
  • then dry them in nice cloth.
  • Take oil for Fry, deep fry these french fries sprinkle salt on top of it.
  • Peel the potato cut into chips shape with the craper and dip in water.
  • Take out from water dry them with a cloth.
  • Take oil for fry , add the chips into it remove when it becomes little white or golden colour.
  • Sprinkle salt as per taste.

I get better results with my fries when I parboil them for a minute or so...just get a pan of water boiling rapidly. Carefully place your sliced potatoes in the boiling water, wait a minute or two, then drain them. Let them dry before frying in oil
