Ingredients used in DOSA
• Sabudana - 1 tablespoon.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Rice - 2 cups.
• Bengal gram dal - 1 cup.
• Urad dal - 1 cup.
• Sooji (fine) - 1 cup.
• Poha - 1/4 cup.
Method:
Soak Urad dal, Bengalgram dal, Rice, Fenugreek seeds and Sabudana overnight. Grind the above mixture. Add Poha while grinding. Add sooji to the ground paste and mix well. Let it ferment for about 6-8 hours (preferably at room temerature). Prepare dosa on a non stick pan. Enjoy hot crispy dosa.
