Ingredients used in DOSA
• Sabudana - 1 tablespoon.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Rice - 2 cups.
• Bengal gram dal - 1 cup.
• Urad dal - 1 cup.
• Sooji (fine) - 1 cup.
• Poha - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • Soak Urad dal, Bengalgram dal, Rice, Fenugreek seeds and Sabudana overnight.
  • Grind the above mixture.
  • Add Poha while grinding.
  • Add sooji to the ground paste and mix well.
  • Let it ferment for about 6-8 hours (preferably at room temerature).
  • Prepare dosa on a non stick pan.
  • Enjoy hot crispy dosa.

The recipe is good but i need a tip on making the dosa to the brown color we get in the restaurants.
