Ingredients used in Brocolli Mushroom fry and soup
• Cumin powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Corriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Onion - 1 cup.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Mushroom - 250 grams.
• Brocolli - 250 grams.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Turmeric - 1 0.
Method:
Cut broccoli into medium pieces and each mushroom into four pieces. Take a container with 750ml of water+brocolli+mushrooms+salt for 15 mins in medium flame. By this time, the broccoli will be cooked. Drain the liquid from the mixture into a bowl. This liquid can be served as a soup. It's taste good with juicy mushroom flavor and the meat of broccoli. Optionally pepper powder can be added. Now, in a pan heat oil, add cumin seeds. Once they start spluttering, add onions and sauteacute; until golden brown. Then add chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, salt (little) and saute for few mins. Then add the broccoli and mushrooms from the container into the pan and fry for 5 mins on medium flame.
