VEGETABLE  KACHOORI

Ingredients used in VEGETABLE KACHOORI
• Garam masala - 1 tablespoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chilly powder - 1-1/2 tablespoon.
• Chopped oinions - 1 cup.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Musterd seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Boiled potatoes - 1/2 cup.
• Boiled green peas - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
• All purpose flour - 2 cups.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Amchur powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Hing - 1 pinch.
Method:
  • In a pan add oil and heat it, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped onions, a pinch of hing, turmeric powder, salt and saute it,then onions are soft.
  • In this add green peas, chilly powder, garam masala powder, add sugar, amchur powder, and last, add the boiled potatoes, mix all of this add chopped coriander and transfer this masala into a plate, let it cool down.
  • Take a bowl add all purpose flour and add salt, oil, make a soft dough, divide the dough into an equal portion, and spread it evenly.
  • Now take some mixture, stuff it and seal it, and flatten the kachori then drop it into the oil in a slow flame, and deep fry the kachori in a golden color.
