Ingredients used in Tutti Frutti Cookies
• Butter - 150 grams.
• Baking powder - pinch.
• Cardamom powder - 10 grams.
• Milk powder - 15 grams.
• Custard powder - 50 grams.
• All purpose flour - 250 grams.
• Mixed dry fruits - 100 grams.
• Sugar powder - 150 grams.
• Pineapple essence - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Water - 3 tablespoons.
Method:
In a bowl add mixed dry fruits (cherry, cashew nuts, papaya candy fruit, raisins,) In this add all-purpose flour, custard powder, milk powder, cardamom powder, baking powder mix all of these well and keep it aside. Take another bowl add butter, powder sugar, pineapple essence cream it well. Then add 3tablespoons of milk or water, mix it well.
