Ingredients used in Tomato dosai
• Aniseed - 1 teaspoons.
• Red chillies - 6 numbers.
• Ripened tomatoes - 8 numbers.
• Redgram dhal - 2 teaspoons.
• Raw rice - 1 cup.
• Parboiled rice - 3 cup.
• Coriander and curry leaves - small.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

Soak both rice,dhal for about two hours.Then grind these ingredients together.Finally add tomatoes ,chillies and aniseeds and remove from the grinder.Then add salt and finely chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves to it.Now the batter is ready.Heat the tawa and using a laddle , make dosas adding oil while cooking.Now the tasty tomato dosa is ready.This dosa will go well with coriander chutney.
