Ingredients used in BAINGAN CHANA DAL
• Crushed fenugreek seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Tomato - 1 big.
• Chana dal - 1 1/2 cup.
• Baingan - 2 big.
• Hing - 1 pinch.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil1 - teaspoons.
Method:

Pressure cook the dal and keep aside. Heat oil, add fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds. As they begin to crackle add hing and turmeric powder along with chopped baingan and tomato. Cook till soft. Add cooked dal. Add salt and coriander powder and jeera powder. Add a little water and let it cook for a while.
