Ingredients used in Toast
• Black pepper powder - 1 pinch.
• Green chilli - 1 number.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• White bread - 3 slice.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper, chopped onions and chilli and beat well. Divide the egg batter into two parts and keep aside.
  • Heat butter in a frying pan, dip three bread slices into one part of the egg batter, coat well on both sides of the bread slices with the egg batter and fry on both sides until brown and crispy.
  • Repeat with the other three slices of bread and the remaining egg batter.

Serve it hot with a cup of milk and coffee.
