Ingredients used in Tindora Curry
• Salt to taste - according to taste.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Tomato finely chopped - 2 medium numbers.
• Onion long cut - 3 medium numbers.
• Tindora - 250 gms grams.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
Method:
1) Heat oil in a kadai and add cumin and mustard.Allow it to crackle 2) Then add onions and fry till it truns pink .3) Add the finelly chopped Tomatoes, Chili powder,Garam masala, Salt and fry for a while. 4) Add the long cut kovaka, and cook by covering the kadai. 5) When half cooked, remove the lid and cook till the kovakai is completly cooked.
