Ingredients used in TENDER PALM SHOOTS SWEET
• Roasted tender shoots - 6 numbers.
• Flattened rice - half cup.
• Sugar powder - 1 cup.
• Ghee - half cup.
• Dried coconut powder - half cup.
• Cashew nuts - 10 numbers.
Method:
  • Grate the tender shoots like coconut and then grind the flattened rice and make a powder.
  • Take the above mixture in a bowl except ghee and mix it thoroughly.
  • Add fried cashewnuts and with the help of melted ghee make laddus.
  • Laddus are ready to serve.
