Ingredients used in sweet and sour vegetables
• Soyasauce - 2 teaspoons.
• Tomato sauce - 5 teaspoons.
• Sugar - 2 teaspoons.
• Aginomoto - 1 pinch.
• Pepper - 1 teaspoons.
• Garlic - small.
• Ginger - 1 piece.
• Carrot - 200 grams.
• Cabbage - 200 grams.
• Cauliflower -small - 1 .
• Capsicum - 1 .
• Onion - 2 large.
• Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons.
• Corn flour - 5 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
all vegetables - cut into square pieces ginger garlic - finely chop sping onions,green chillies - finely cut
