Ingredients used in STREET STYLE ALOO TOAST
• Bread pieces - 4 numbers.
• Potato - 100 grams.
• Green chilli - 3 numbers.
• Turmeric - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• All purpose flour - 3 tablespoons.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Chopped tomatoes - 1 number.
• Cucumber - 1/2 cup.
• Onions - 1/2 cup.
• Chaat masala - 2 teaspoons.
• Sweet chutney - 2 teaspoons.
• Sev - 1 tea spoon.
• Chopped coriander - 1 bunch.
Method:
  • In a bowl add boiled potato, Chopped green chili, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt mix it nicely.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • In a plate add all purpose flour, salt and add some water make it into a thick slurry, in this add sesame seeds.
  • Cut the bread into triangle shape and apply the potato mixture on it and dip it into the slurry and deep fry till it is golden color.
  • Take a fried bread slice and apply green chutney and sprinkle finely chopped tomatoes, cucumber, onions then sprinkle chaat masala, sweet chutney, sev, chopped coriander, finally add sweet chutney.
