Ingredients used in Steamed fish
• Oil - to fry.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Black pepper pdr - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Green chilies - 6 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 2 bunch.
• Fish [surmi or catla] - 500 grams.
• Green color - 2 pinch.
• Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons.
• Lemon - 4to5 slice.
Method:
Clean fish and remove moisture Grind dry paste of coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, salt black pepper pdr green color mix all ingredients and keep a side slant to come out all excess water. When all excess water comes out another side remove masala and apply to fish and keep in fridge for about 3 hours. And take a vessel spread 2tsp of oil and keep fish with a distance of 2 inches to each piece. With simmer flame on stove cook for 5 mins and turn fish slowly without breaking and cook another side for more 5 mins . Then remove from flame keep aside preheat tawa with 1 tsp of oil and fry fish
