Ingredients used in Yorgut chicken rice
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Green chilli - 20 numbers.
• Yorgurt ( thich & smooth) - 500 g grams.
• Chicken - 1 small.
• Rice - 2 quart.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tomoto( optional) - 1 small.
• Ghee - 1 tablespoons.
• Fenel seed - 1 tablespoons.
Method:

get large pan put some ghee and add the fenel seeds, choped onion, ginger garlic paste and tomato and fry them for i minute. then add all chilli and chicken. leave them to be cooked about 10 min. then add the yorgut. put the lid on. mean while cook the rice seprately with adding termeric powder and whole gara masala. when the chicken is cooked( make sure you have enough yorgut souce in it other wise reduce you quantity of rice) put the cooked rice. leave it sim and lid on for 2 -3 minutes. And all ready to eat. serve hot.
