SPICY SALAD IN CRISPY BASKET

Ingredients used in SPICY SALAD IN CRISPY BASKET
• Ground rice - 1/2 cup.
• Moong dal(soaked) - 1/2 cup.
• Sweet corn(blanched) - 1/2 cup.
• Bell pepper(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Chaat masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Red chilly powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Lettuce(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Take a ground rice and mix nicely to make a batter consistency using water like as shown in video.
  • Take a stainless steel tumbler and dip in hot oil and wipe it with paper towel and dip in batter.
  • Shake tumbler to remove excess batter and dip in hot oil, once it is done remove baskets and transfer into paper towel, like as shown in video.
  • Take a bowl and add moong dal, sweet corn, bell pepper, tomato, onion, chaat masala, red chilly powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix it.
  • Finely chop lettuce and place it at bottom of baskets.
  • On it fill the moong dal mixture and garnish with coriander leaves.

Now spicy salad in crispy basket is ready to serve.
