Ingredients used in Sindhi Coconut Chicken
• Cumin - 1 teaspoons.
• Chicken (legs/thighs) - 10 piece.
• Green cardamom - 2 numbers.
• Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Green pepper - 6 numbers.
• Coconut (grated) - 4 tablespoons.
• Tomato - 3 numbers.
• Onion - 1 large.
• Oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cilantro (for garnish) - 1 springs.
Method:

1)Slice onions and fry 2)In a blender mix the coconut,tomato, green pepper, garam masala, coriander powder, green cardamom, salt, and fried onions to make a fine paste 3)In a thick-bottom pot, heat oil and add the cumin seeds. 4)Add blended paste to the pot 4)Allow the paste to cook for 5-10 minutes (until oil appears over the gravy) 5)Add chicken to the gravy and stir. Place on low-medium flame and cook for 20 minutes or until the chicken is tender. 6)Garnish with cilantro and serve with hot white rice **** The same gravy can be used for a vegetarian version using paneer instead of chicken
