Ingredients used in Savory Bread Mix

• 1 bread white or brown - one loaf.

• 1 diced tomatoes - one cup.

• 1/2 turmeric powder - half teaspoons.

• 1 onion chopped - one large.

• 1/2 mustard seeds - half teaspoons.

• 1 or more green chilies as per taste apich - one numbers.

• Cayenne or more as per taste(opt) - one pinch.

• ½ c chopped cilantro or coriander leaves - half cup.

• 2 t lime juice - two tablespoons.

• 4-5 t canola oil or any oil or olive oil - Four -Five tablespoons.

• A few curry leaves - numbers.

• 2 tsp sugar - teaspoons.

Method:

Tear or Break the bread pieces into bitsof about 1 inch.Heat oil in a skillet, add mustard seeds let them splutter or crackle, add the curry leaves and chopped onions. Fry till translucent, add the tomatoes, chopped green chili, turmeric powder, cayenne, salt sugar and lime juice, mix well. Add the bread pieces,sprinkle some water on it to moisten the bread.
