Ingredients used in Ridge Gourd Dal
• Ridge gourd (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Dry red chilies - 3 number.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Dal water with little dal (boiled) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Dry roast dry red chilies, cumin seeds then add boiled dal water with little dal seasoning with salt.
  • Once it comes to boil, add chopped ridge gourd pieces and cook with closed lid.
  • At last, add chopped tomatoes and cook it again for 2 more minutes.

DeliciousRidge Gourd Dal is now ready to serve.
