Ingredients used in Rice Sticks Fruit Pepper
• Rice sticks - 100 grams.
• Water - as required.
• Hot pepper sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chili sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Ginger ( finely chopped ) - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic ( finely chopped ) - 1 tea spoon.
• Chicken - 250 grams.
• Red bell pepper ( slices) - 1 number.
• Yellow bell pepper ( slices ) - 1 number.
• Onion ( slices ) - 1 cup.
• Baby corn ( chopped ) - 1 cup.
• Mushrooms ( chopped ) - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Boil water in a vessel, season with salt, add rice sticks, cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, transfer to a bowl with cool water and keep aside.
  • Take hot pepper sauce in a bowl, addvinegar, sugar, tomato ketchup, green chili sauce, red chili sauce, mix well and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped ginger, garlic, chicken pieces ( finely cut boneless pieces ), your choices of veggies ( pieces of red and yellow bell pepper, baby corns, mushrooms, onions ) and saute well.
  • Now add the prepared sauce, toss it, transfer the boiled and strained rice sticks, mix well, cook for about a minute and turn off the flame.

Rice Sticks Fruit Pepper is now ready to serve.
