RICE AND COCONUT SWEET

Ingredients used in RICE AND COCONUT SWEET
• Rice - 100 grams.
• Jaggery - 100 grams.
• Coconut grated - 100 grams.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Saffron - pinch.
• Ghee - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • In a grinder add half an hour before soaked rice and make a thick paste.To it add jaggery and grated coconut then grind them again.
  • To this grinded mixture add some Cardamom Powder and Saffron (mixed in milk)
  • On the stove, place a thick pan and spread evenlyghee.
  • To this add grinded mixture and mix thoroughly, cook it for ten minutes and switch off the flame.
  • Now apply ghee on a plate, spread evenly the mixture and let it cool then cut into small pieces.
  • Now the dish is ready to serve.
