Prawns Cocktail Spring Roll

Ingredients used in Prawns Cocktail Spring Roll
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Wheat flour - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
• Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Potato (boiled and mashed) - 1-2 number.
• Bread crumbs - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, onion, prawns.
  • After 2-3 minutes of cooking, add garam masala powder, coriander powder, salt and saute it.
  • Then add boiled potato and cook it for at least 1 minute.
  • Prepare a soft dough by usingall-purpose flour, wheat flour, salt even adding water in small quantities.
  • Later roll the dough into thin sheets and cut into diagonal shape.
  • In that diagonal shape stuff the potato mixture and seal it.
  • At last, roll them in breadcrumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
