Ingredients used in Pound Cake Recipe
• Baking powder - 1 pinch.
• Eggs - 3 numbers.
• Vanilla essence - 1/2 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 100 grams.
• Sugar powder - 100 grams.
• Butter - 100 grams.
• Pineapple jelly - 3 tablespoons.
Method:
In the kitchen planetary machinery add butter, sugar powder, cream it, till it smooth. Add vanilla essence, eggs, mix it well and add baking powder and all purpose flour mix it like a soft mixture. Pour it into the baking mould and bake them at 180 c for 20 to 25 minutes. After that melt the pineapple jelly and pour on the top of the pound cake and enjoy it.
