Ingredients used in Potato Vadas
• Potato (boiled & grated) - 2 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 3 number.
• Puffed rice powder - 1/2 cup.
• Milk - 3 tablespoons.
• Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Water - tea spoon.
• Chickpea flour - as required.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take the boiled andgrated potatoes in a bowl, add salt, red chili powder, finely chopped ginger, coriander powder, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion, green chilies, chickpea flour, puffed rice powder and mix it well.
  • Take small portions of the prepared mixture, shape them into vadas, dip in water/milk, coat with bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil.

Hot, crispy and delicious Potato Vadas are now ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
