POTATO AND SPINACH QUICHE

Ingredients used in POTATO AND SPINACH QUICHE
• Bread crumbs - 1-1/2 cup.
• Butter - 2-3 0.
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• White pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Mixed herbs - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Fresh cream - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Mozzarella cheese(grated) - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Potato(slices) - 1 cup.
• Spinach - 1 bunch.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add bread crumbs, butter and mix nicely, later add little milk and mix and arrange it in baking tray and slightly bake it.
  • Take a bowl and add eggs, white pepper powder, mixed herbs, salt, milk, fresh cream and mix nicely.
  • To it add grated mozzarella cheese and mix it.
  • Blanch potato and spinach, later cut potato into round slices.
  • Remove the baked bread crumbs from oven and arrange potato spinach like as shown in video
  • Place in preheated oven at 180 or 20-25 minutes.
  • Demould and cut into pieces.

Now potato and spinach quiche is ready to serve.
