Main Ingredient : Maida flour
Servings : 4 persons
Published date : July 28, 2018

Ingredients used in PIZZA 1
• Warm water - 250 ml.
• All purpose flour (maida) - 6 cups.
• Olive oil - 6 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Yeast - 7 grams.
• Alapinos sliced - 2-3 numbers.
• Pineapple diced - 10 numbers.
• Capsicum sliced - 7-9 numbers.
• Onion sliced - 7-10 numbers.
• Cheese grated - 1-1/2 cup.
• Chicken pieces - 6-7 numbers.
• Slices of tomatoes - 6-7 numbers.
Method:
  • Take warm water, add yeast, sugar, salt, all-purpose flour and mix it. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
  • Now take flour, add 5teaspoons olive oil, yeast mixture into it and mix it well to make a soft dough.
  • When the dough is ready to add some olive oil on top, coat it properly and cover it with a wet cloth then leave it for resting for around 1 hour.
  • Knead again, for 3 minutes and rest for another 30 minutes.
  • Take a lump of dough, pat or roll into a pizza base and place on the tava or pan.
  • Use dry flour to dust if required and keep it from resting for another 5 minutes.
  • Spread homemade pizza gravy as required, and add toppings of jalapenos, pineapple, capsicum, onions, cheese, and olive oil.
  • Apply olive oil on the edges of the pizza.
  • Switch on the flame(very slow flame) and cook it for some time till the base dough is a little bit cooked.
  • Transfer the pizza pan in the oven and bake at 450-475 degrees fahrenheit.
  • For thin pizza base keep the dough on the tray and with the help of your fingers spread over the flat tray to make very thin.
  • Make holes with the help of a fork and spread the pizza sauce over it.
  • Top it up with chicken pieces, onions, capsicum, slices of tomato, cheese, olive oil and keep this in the oven.
  • Once the color of pizza changes into golden brown it means that it has been cooked.
  • Take it out from oven and let it rest for another 10 minutes then, cut into pieces and serve it hot.
