Ingredients used in PANI-PURI KA PANI
• Imli pulp - 1 tablespoon.
• Jaggery sliced(as per taste) - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Green chillies - 3-4 numbers.
• Cumin powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Mint leaves - 1 bunch.
• Red chilli powder-if needed - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Hing - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Mix all these ingredients well and grind to a fine paste.
  • Then add as much water as you want. Adjust seasoning and keep it refrigerated.
  • Serve chilled. Get puris , stuff them with boondi soaked in water for 2-3 minutes.
  • Dahi beaten if you want and then have it with this pani prepared above.
