Ingredients used in Paneer Capsicum
• Red chilli powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Jeera - 1 tablespoons.
• Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Tomatoes - 3 large.
• Onions (cut into small pieces) - 2 large.
• Paneer pieces - 1/4 kg .
• Capsicum (cut into small pieces) - 1/4 kg large.
• Haldi powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Garam masala - 1 tablespoons.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Cup cream - 1/2 cup.
Method:
1) take tomatoes and make it into fine paste (grind it) 2)take wok(for fry) place it on stove . pour 3 tbsp of oil in wok. 3)when oil is heated add jeera . when it pops out add onions.fry onions till pink color. then add ginger garlic paste.fry for a min. then add cut capsicum. fry for 4 min . 4)then add coriender powder. garam masala powder, haldi powder,red chilli powder(for more spicy add another tbsp of chilli powder) .fry for 3 min. 5)then add tomato paste (grinded) . fry untill the raw smell of tomatoes goes off (approximately 5-7 min). 6)then add paneer pieces. let it cook in the masala. add salt for taste. 7)when paneer is cooked add milk and the cream. make the gravy rich thick and creamy.
