Ingredients used in Paneer Butter Masala
• Sugar - 3 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 2 tablespoons.
• Amul fresh cream - 1 can.
• Paneer cubes - 200 grams.
• Green chilli (pureed along with onion) - 2 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 cup.
• Onion paste (pureed in blender) - 2 numbers.
• Tomato paste (pureed in blender) - 6 numbers.
• Ghee - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt to taste - .
• Red food coloring - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tablespoons.
Method:

Take a wok, pour 2 tbsp pure ghee on it. Then once the ghee becomes hot, add onion paste and fry till it turns brown. Then add the ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell disappears. Then add the tomato puree and keep stirring till the ghee leaves the sides. To this gravy add the garam masala, sugar and salt. To this add the paneer cubes and cover with lid for two minutes so that the paneer absorbs the flavour. Then open the lid, add the fresh cream and stir on a low flame and add the food colour. Garnish with coriander leaves or grated paneer.

Great recipe. I tried and was authentic. Restaurant quality. Only Food coloring is 1 tsp not 1 tbsp. Would certainly make it again.
