Ingredients used in Palak Mutton
• Mutton masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Caraway seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cloves - 2 numbers.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Tomato (chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Green chillies - 6 numbers.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Spinach - 1 bunch.
• Mutton - 1 lbs.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cilantro - 1/2 bunch.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 teaspoons.
• Oil - as required.
• Cardamom - 2 numbers.
Method:
  • Wash meat in a bowl.then marinate meat with redchilli powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, oil, salt and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Heat cooker on medium heat, pour oil 5 tsp, add cloves, cardamom, caraway seeds, chopped green chili, chopped onions. fry untill onions becomes golden brown then add ginger garlic paste, mint leaves, spinachmake it fry for 3 minutes.
  • Then add finely chopped tomato make it fry 3 minutes.
  • Then add marinated meat then cook for 10 minutes
  • Then add red chilli powder meat masala, salt to taste, and cilantro and now keep the cooker lid put it on sim untill 3 whistles come.

Remove from cooker serve it in a bowl.
