Ingredients used in Olive oil and Dill Leaf Pomfret Fry
• Pomfret fish - 1 numbers.
• Garlic - 8-10 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Dill leaves - 1 bunch.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Olive oil - 2-3 teaspoons.
• Onion (garnish) - 2 slice.
Method:
Clean the pomfret fish and give gashes like as shown in video. For dressing: Chop the garlic, add salt, dill leaves and chop it or blend it. Add pepper powder, lime juice and mix it. To it add olive oil and mix it and spread mixture in gashes and belly of the pomfret fish. Heat olive oil in a pan and place the stuffed pomfret fish and cook it on both sides nicely. Garnish with onion and lime juice. Now ready to serve Olive oil and Dill Leaf Pomfret Fry.
