Olive oil and Dill Leaf Pomfret Fry

Ingredients used in Olive oil and Dill Leaf Pomfret Fry
• Pomfret fish - 1 numbers.
• Garlic - 8-10 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Dill leaves - 1 bunch.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Olive oil - 2-3 teaspoons.
• Onion (garnish) - 2 slice.
Method:
  • Clean the pomfret fish and give gashes like as shown in video.

For dressing:

  • Chop the garlic, add salt, dill leaves and chop it or blend it.
  • Add pepper powder, lime juice and mix it.
  • To it add olive oil and mix it and spread mixture in gashes and belly of the pomfret fish.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and place the stuffed pomfret fish and cook it on both sides nicely.
  • Garnish with onion and lime juice.

Now ready to serve Olive oil and Dill Leaf Pomfret Fry.
