Ingredients used in Oats Sprouts Nuts
• Grains (of your choice) - 1 cup.
• Water - 3 cups.
• Carrot (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Beans (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Green bell pepper - 1/4 cup.
• Spinach (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Amaranth (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Oats - 1 cup.
• Nuts (almonds, cashew nuts) - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Soak grains of your choice to make them sprouts then boil them.
  • Now add chopped carrot, beans green bell pepper along with spinach and amaranth (or any of your choice green leafy veggies), and bring this to boil
  • Once it comes to boil, give it a mix and cook well for about a minute by adding oats with a pinch of salt accordingly.
  • At last, transfer this to a serving bowl by sprinkling crushed nuts on top.

Delicious Oats Sprouts Nuts is ready to serve with the taste of curd and honey.
