Ingredients used in nimona
• Green peas - 1000 grams.
• Green cilli - 6-7 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Termaric - pinch.
• Balack papper whole - 1 tablespoons.
• Coreander seed - 2 tablespoons.
• Onion - 1 big.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
Method:
cooker me green peas+green chilli+salt+termaric+2cup water mix kar ke 7-8 siti lagne tak rehnre do. phir band kr ke jb tk intezar karo k cooker khud se na khule.ab tawe ko garam kar ke black pepper seed+coreander seed ko bhuj ke barik powder bana lo.jb cooker khul jae to 1 cup water dal kr thoda patla paste kr lo.ab is me pisa hua powdr 2 tbsp daalo.chopped onion se chaunk laga do daal tyar. serve hot with rice and roti
