Ingredients used in NIMA KHAYA CHARU
• Green chilies - 3 numbers.
• Water - 4 cups.
• Tamarind powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriender leafs - 1 bunch.
• Chopped onions - 2 tablespoons.
• Curry leafs - 5 leaf.
• Lemon - 2 springs.
• Urad dal - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Jeera - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • In a pan add oil when comes hot add tadkha with above items add onions green chilli , coriander leaves.
  • Once cooked add water once boil add coriander powder,salt before removing from stove add lemon juice. thats it.
