Ingredients used in NEREDI PANDLA - BLACKBERRY PONGANALU
• Blackberry - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 2 cup.
• Idli batter - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
Method:

1. Remove the seeds of blackberry and blend it into a smooth paste in the blender. 2. Take a pan and add sugar boil until it comes to one string consistency. 3. Add paste and cook it, then add cardamom powder and mix thoroughly. 4. Take small dumplings and make small balls and dip in the idli batter and place it on the hot ponganalu mould. 5. Then cook it on both side using ghee. 6. Now take into a plate and serve it hot.
